Rachel is the woman who organizes the chaos! Our small team of just 6 reaches more than 20,000 students each year. It would not be possible without Rachel keeping our office in order, making sure our bills are paid and ensuring handouts with critical resources make their way into the hands of students. Beyond that, she continually brightens the day of every member of our team and has a way of making people feel special. Her experience raising three kids provides valuable insight into what youth face today growing up in the digital age.

Elisha is our behind-the-scenes queen! With 7 years of service to Teen Esteem, she adds her signature to nearly every outreach we make to our supporters. Her attention to detail and organization ensures the highest quality is delivered on all of our projects. Elisha is also the heart behind a key part of our mission; she directly connects teens in crisis with their school counseling team. As a mom in the community, she is invested in the work we do with kids and teens.

Our guests had a rootin' tootin' good time
at Boots & Bling! From ropin' steel steers at cocktail
hour to battling bids at the auction, it was a night to
remember that ended with boot scootin' on the dance
floor. We are so grateful to those who were able to
support our biggest fundraiser of the year!

This wasn't our Boots & Bling guests first rodeo! Everyone understood the assignment and came dressed to impress! From cowboy boots to the perfect touch of sparkle, our guests brought their best looks. The fashion was just as fun as the evening itself!

Our Men's Division of the What A Racket! Pickleball Tournament came to play! We are so grateful for your energy, enthusiasm and generosity. Congrats to Todd and Dave for their very close win! We look forward to seeing a re-match next year!

The Women's Division of our annual What A Racket! Pickleball Tournament served up the fun this year! Thank you to all of our players who showed up and filled the courts with skills, laughs and friendly competition all in support of local kids and teens. A huge congrats to our winners Leonor and Michele!
