Adventurelore provides Group and Individual counseling that combines experiential learning with adventure-based interventions and cognitive behavioral techniques. They specialize in working with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem,family therapy, high functioning autism, aspergers syndrome and other axis I disorders. Outside of the counseling practice Adventurelore provides personalized leadersh

ip and team-building programming for school groups K-12, colleges, athletic teams, and coporate groups. During the summer Adventurelore runs a high adventure-based summer camp with an emphasis on fun, confidence and self-esteem building, and wilderness adventure.
