🎳👑 ON TONIGHT’S EPISODE OF KING OR QUEEN OF THE LANES… 👑🎳

What a night.

Every week this tournament seems to find a way to raise the bar, and tonight was no exception. The field keeps getting tougher, the competition keeps getting better, and the stories just keep writing themselves.

🔥 The night started with a bang as AJ Perez came out firing, rolling an incredible 299 in Game 1 and immediately putting the rest of the field on notice.

After four games of qualifying, our Step Ladder finalists were:

1️⃣ AJ Perez
2️⃣ Dillon “Gibby” Elliott
3️⃣ Marty Sweat
4️⃣ Beau Smith

The Step Ladder delivered exactly what we’ve come to expect—great bowling and plenty of that bowling drama.

🎳 Beau Smith got things started by taking down Marty Sweat to advance, but his run came to an end against Gibby, earning Beau a strong 3rd-place finish.

That set up a championship match between the top two qualifiers, and it absolutely lived up to the hype.

🔥 AJ and Gibby traded shots in a match that stayed tight from start to finish. Every frame mattered. Every mark counted.

When the final rock hit those sticks…

🏆 Gibby claimed the title this week by just THREE pins.

Talk about pressure.

👑 Final Standings 👑

🥇 Gibby
🥈 AJ Perez
🥉 Beau Smith
4️⃣ Marty Sweat

To everyone who came out and competed: thank you.

Week after week, you continue to make this event something special. The talent, sportsmanship, and competitive spirit on display are exactly what make Thursday night at Riverside so much fun.

And the best part?

Every week brings new challengers, new storylines, and another chance to climb the ladder and take the crown.

There has yet to be a repeat winner. Think next week is the week? Or do you think someone new will hold the title?

🎳👑 WHO’S READY FOR ANOTHER THURSDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN? 👑🎳

Every week, y’all continue to surprise us.

Veterans, high-average bowlers, low-average bowlers, youth bowlers, first-time competitors—every week someone steps up and makes a run at the crown.

🏆 Top 4 bowlers advance to the Step Ladder Finals.
👑 One bowler leaves with the title.

The challenge isn’t just shooting a couple of great games.

It’s putting together four games, making the cut, and delivering when the pressure is on.

And here’s the best part…

🎳 One bad game doesn’t eliminate you.

With four games to qualify, there’s time to make adjustments, battle back, and work your way into the Top 4. We’ve seen bowlers recover from a rough start and find themselves bowling for the championship before the night is over.

That’s what makes this event so much fun to watch—and even more fun to bowl.

Whether you’re chasing a title, looking for some great competition, or just want to test your game against a talented field, we’d love to see you on the lanes.

🎳👑 Every single week, King or Queen of the Lanes writes a new chapter. 👑🎳

Just when you think you’ve seen it all, another week comes along and raises the bar.

We’ve seen youth bowlers take down seasoned veterans. We’ve seen step ladder battles come down to the final frame. We’ve seen personal bests, clutch shots, heartbreak, redemption, and moments that people will be talking about long after the pins stop falling.

And somehow…

You all keep making it better and better.

This Thursday feels different.

With Tournament averages in play, competition is heating up. One bowler will walk out with the crown… until next week.

What. A. Night.

With tournament averages now in play, the competition has reached a whole new level.

For the second week in a row, a youth bowler made the Top 4.

🔥 Step Ladder Seeds
1️⃣ Tyler Smith
2️⃣ AJ Perez
3️⃣ Todd Shively
4️⃣ Beau Smith

Starting from the bottom of the ladder, Beau knocked off every opponent in his path to earn a championship match against his dad.

👨‍👦 Father vs. Son

Tyler fired 278 with handicap.

Beau answered with 278 scratch.

Let that sink in.

Tyler was giving Beau 10 pins, but in the end… those didn’t matter.

🏆 Final Results
🥇 Beau Smith
🥈 Tyler Smith
🥉 AJ Perez
4️⃣ Todd Shively

When the final frame ended, Beau stood at the top—but the best part was seeing the three competitors he defeated standing behind him, supporting him, celebrating his accomplishment. That’s bowling. That’s community. That’s family. ❤️🎳

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported another incredible night. Who’s taking the crown next week? 👀🔥

🎳👑 WEEK #4 OF KING OR QUEEN OF THE LANES IS HERE! 👑🎳

Three weeks down, and every week has brought something different. We’ve seen tournament averages start to take shape, re-rates come into play, high game pots get interesting, and some incredible competition battle it out under the lights.

Here’s the question…

🤨 You all keep asking for singles tournaments… so where have you been?

If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines waiting for the right week, this is it.

🔥 Tournament averages are now in effect
🔥 Re-rates can and will happen.
🔥 High Game Pots available.
🔥 Bragging rights until next Thursday.

Last week proved that anyone can make the Step Ladder Finals. Each week has proved, one bad game won’t break your chances of making the cut.

💰 Now for the BIG question…

Can we blow up the prize fund this week?

The more bowlers that show up, the bigger the payouts get. So tag your bowling buddies, your rivals, and that one person who swears they’d win if they ever showed up.

👑 Who do YOU think is taking the crown this week?

🏆 Defending champs:
Week 1 – Chris Moore
Week 2 – Billy Reese
Week 3 – Josh Holbrook

Will we see a repeat champion, or will someone new climb the ladder and take the throne?

👇 Drop your pick below and let’s hear it.
