If you're looking for a fun way to support Family Promise of Hendricks County (), check out "Opening Doors: An Evening of Music & Comedy" on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the Plainfield Eagles!

The evening begins at 6:00 p.m. with Happy Hour followed by a performance by country music artist and Danville’s own, Tarron Lawson beginning at 7 p.m. Headlining the evening at 8 p.m. is Ryan Niemiller, an Indiana native best known for his run on America's Got Talent, where he earned a third-place finish and introduced his comedy to a national audience.

The event is open to the public, and guests must be 21 and older.

All proceeds will benefit Family Promise and its efforts to help local families open doors to stable housing and a brighter future.

We are delighted to spotlight Mary Frost, owner and photographer of Frosted Designs Photography, Brownsburg Indiana Photographer.

What do you do in your role & what do you like best about it?
As the owner and photographer of Frosted Designs Photography, I do most everything from the first phone call to design your session to photographing your session to editing your session and delivering your unique gallery of images. I love the variety of people I work with, from families to businesses.

Tell us about your career path.
I started as an interior designer but soon realized after my children were born how precious life is, and capturing them as they grew became very important. This was most prominent after my daughter was born with a Congenital Heart Defect and required open heart surgery at 27 hours old.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy running and hiking.

What do you enjoy most about being a member of HCPW?
The connection with other local professional women.

What do you love most about living and/or working in Hendricks County?
Hendricks County is such a diverse county with city and country feels. Every area has a unique vibe that is great for photography.

What inspires you?
An open field, a wooded trail, city mural scapes, and strong architecture are some of the things that inspire my photography.

Something beautiful is coming to Danville! Support local Indiana artists at the Merge Mural Fest from September 12-19th. Merge Mural Fest culminates in a family-friendly block party from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on September 19th.

What is your vision? What do you see for your life or business that hasn't happened yet? At our monthly networking meeting yesterday, HCPW Vice President Jill Hunter (Chief Marketing Officer of SunRift Capital Partners) shared "From Vision to Victory: Turning Big Ideas into Achievable Goals.”

We were inspired as Jill shared practical ways to define your vision, overcome the obstacles that keep you stuck, and turn your ideas into measurable goals. She encouraged us to give ourselves permission to dream big--"Don't shrink your dreams. Enlarge your faith." 💫
