TODAY! (Wednesday, October 21, 2026) Between the hours of 8am and 11:30am and 1:00 and 4pm, ECICAA (Community Action Agency) will serve, on a first come, first serve basis, households whose power is disconnected or there is a threat of disconnection. Appointment are not needed for today.

Good Morning Facebook Friends, we are NOW looking for individuals who are willing to participate in a focus group who are willing to share their thoughts on why they may qualify for LIHEAP and SNAP services, but they do not receive those services. We are looking for people who could apply, would be eligible for LIHEAP or SNAP services, but do not apply. East Central Illinois Community Action Agency is seeking households who would like to participate in a focus groups this year. We are looking for households who have received LIHEAP but not SNAP, those who have received SNAP but not LIHEAP, those who received both, and those who received neither. If you are interested in participate in a one hour focus group session, please email: [email protected]. Please give us a number where we can call you.
