⛳️ THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER GREAT GOLF OUTING! 🚒❤️

The Dansville Firefighters Association would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our annual golf outing such a success!

To all of the businesses, organizations, and individuals who donated, sponsored holes, contributed prizes, or supported our outing in any way — we are incredibly grateful for your generosity. Your continued support of our association and our community means more to us than we can say.

And, of course, a big thank you to all of our golfers! Whether you came to compete, have some fun, or simply support a great cause, we appreciate every one of you for spending the day with us. ⛳️

Events like this wouldn’t be possible without the amazing support we receive year after year. We are very fortunate to serve a community that continues to show up for us, and we are proud to give that support right back. ❤️🚒

We hope you had as much fun as we did, and we can’t wait to see you again next year! ⛳️🚒

Our hearts are with the members of Cleveland County EMS as they mourn the loss of one of their own. We extend our deepest condolences to their family, friends, and coworkers during this incredibly difficult time.

Yesterday also served as a sobering reminder of the risks first responders face every day, as ambulance crashes involving Cleveland County EMS and Davidson County EMS occurred while crews were serving their communities.

When you see emergency vehicles responding, please slow down, stay alert, and give them the space they need to do their jobs safely. As temperatures rise, remember that impatience and distracted driving can have lasting consequences. A few extra seconds of caution can save lives—including those who have dedicated theirs to protecting yours.

Please keep all of our first responders in your thoughts, and help us make this a safe summer for everyone.

Friendly reminder thanks to the weather forecast

The impending forecast suggests storms are on the horizon, but flexibility is crucial as changes can occur rapidly. Being prepared is vital. Power outages are also a possibility, and having essential items like flashlights, candles, and shoes ready is wise. Be sure to have your phone charged and somewhere you can hear any alerts.
