🍎🥛 Free Breakfast & Lunch for the 2026–2027 School Year!

Danbury Public Schools is pleased to continue participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2026–2027 school year!

Through CEP, all students enrolled at participating schools can receive one FREE complete breakfast and one FREE complete lunch each school day - at no cost to families and no household application required.

What a day at Party on the Patio! 🎒❤️

Danbury showed up in a big way for a day filled with community, connection, and back-to-school support. Hosted by DanburyWORKS and the City of Danbury Police Department, the event brought together local organizations and businesses to make sure families had access to backpacks, school supplies, food, activities, and more, all at no cost to the community.

The Danbury Collective and United Way of Coastal and Western Connecticut, alongside The Community Action Agency of Western CT, were proud to be there handing out donated backpacks and helping students start the school year ready to go. 🎒

Thank you to everyone who organized, donated, volunteered, and came out to be part of the day. This is what it looks like when a community comes together for its families. ❤️
