Ctlead The mission of LEAD is to expand educational options and opportunities in Connecticut.

To promote a more equitable society and to create a healthy, educated, and actively engaged community. Latinos for Education Advocacy and Diversity was formed by a group of parents to provide quality educational options, programs and services for children and families throughout Connecticut. LEAD will provide the community with educational programs, community support, educational equity, and diversity, and promote quality educational options. Decisions being made at the local and state level have a direct impact on our families, and we want to have a seat at the table and a voice in the policymaking process

Was a special day for our LEAD team! 💙

We had the opportunity to come together, learn, connect, and reflect on what inspires us to serve our communities.

Each team member shared something meaningful: Why do we choose to serve our communities through LEAD?

Now, it’s time for you to hear their stories and discover the passion, purpose, and commitment behind our mission.

Although Saquan, Taryn, Philip, and Joely are not featured in this carousel, they are valued members of our team and an important part of the work we do every day.

Different stories. One shared mission. Together, We Are LEAD!
