PEP4U - Parkinson's Exercise Program for You To improve the Quality of Life for those living with Parkinson's Disease through Exercise, Education and Peer Support.

REGULAR, VIGOROUS EXERCISE IMPROVES THE HEALTH OF PARKINSON'S PATIENTS. Research has shown that exercise helps everyone’s health, attitude and well-being. But, for people with Parkinson’s Disease, studies have also proved that exercise is essential in managing their disease. Regular exercise is not only crucial for maintaining and improving mobility, flexibility, balance, and range of motion, but,

according to numerous worldwide studies, in addition to helping with movement, exercise also significantly slows the progression of Parkinson's Disease (PD).

PEP4U Day at the Angel's Game
Big thanks to the generosity of Angels Baseball for making PEP4U Day a home run! ⚾️ A special shout-out to the stadium staff for VIP service! 🙌 Thanks to all 75 family and friends who joined us Sunday, May 3rd for fun and camaraderie as we cheered on the Angels against the New York Mets. Go Angels!

Moving Day and OASIS Resource Fair
Thank you so much to Team PEP4U and our captain, Gabi Frei, along with the Tremble Clef singers for helping to raise funds at Moving Day on May 16th. The Parkinson's Foundation supports research, care, and education to improve the lives of those affected by Parkinson's disease. Across town, we also promoted PEP4U to an amazing collection of individuals and community organizations at the OASIS Senior Resource Fair in Corona Del Mar.

We are so excited for 2026!! Another new class "Move Over Parkinson's" coming to Huntington Beach Fridays 2-3 pm starting January 9, 2026.

Instructor:
