🚨 Tryouts are rescheduled to this Friday, January 23rd from 6-8PM due to the expected weather on Saturday. 🚨

What to wear:
⚾️ Baseball attire if possible
🥶 Dress warm.
❌ NO jeans👖
👟 Must wear tennis shoes if not cleats.

What to bring:
✅ Medical history form
✅ Your glove from last year if you are a returning player. If you need a bigger size, please bring your old one to trade if possible. If you need a glove, one will be issued.
✅ A parent for the mandatory meeting regarding the upcoming season.

📢If you have not already registered, please do so before tryouts. If you are having any issues, please call 979-236-3650 ASAP, so that we can help resolve them. We do not have good internet at the field.📢

We want to give a big shout out, and THANK YOU to All Out Offroad Performance-Richmond for the use of one of their trucks for the parade last night!! We brought home the award for BEST TRUCK 2025!! 🎉

Damon Little League

We are a total non profit league, this also means our players and there families never pay anything to play. There are no registration fee, uniform costs, or equipment cost.

Thirteen seasons ago an idea came together that the kids of the Damon area needed more activities to occupy their time. People complained of kids walking the streets and getting in to trouble as kids will do when they have nothing to do.

At that time a group of concerned folks came together to rebuild the old ball park and start little league over again. The field and league had been abandoned in the early 1990's. With much effort and the support of a lot of friends from Damon and the surrounding towns that idea became reality.

Once formed the league was set up so all kids could play no matter their financial standing. The idea to have a once a year cook-off and fundraiser was born. With the money raised the kids would be funded for everything including uniforms, equipment, registration & ball park improvements. Going in to the 14th season this has been successful with over 700 kids going having experienced the benefits of team work & completing an activity that they begin which builds their character for the rest of their lives.
