Our 2026 Festival Program is now live!
This year’s Deep Water Literary Festival delves into the theme of Time— the festival showcases artists that treats time not simply as backdrop but as material.
Among many highlights, “When Time Breaks: From Virginia Woolf to Psycho” features a keynote performance by founder that begins with the single surviving audio recording of Virginia Woolf to explore what happens when language can longer keep pace with age.
Throughout the festival we’ll be joined by a wide breadth of authors and artists including , , , .francine, , George Packer, Ben Fountain, , , , and more to examine dystopia, allegory, and the futures already taking shape inside the present.
