We’re looking for volunteer coaches for our youth soccer league at the Y! Help kids learn the game, build their skills, and most importantly, have fun on the field this fall.

No coaching experience? No problem! Coaches will have the opportunity to participate in a special training with Coach Robbie from The Pitch, so you’ll feel prepared and confident heading into the season.

Build strength, confidence and mobility with Cynthia’s small private group training! This supportive class combines strength training, balance exercises and cardio with personalized coaching in a group of just 3–5 participants.

Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00–8:45 a.m. Choose drop-in, once-a-week or twice-a-week sessions. Register at the Welcome Center!

Fall Youth Soccer registration is now open at the Y. Programs are available for ages 2–3 through Grades 5–6, with instructional sessions and league play for different age groups. We’ll kick off the season on September 12 from 2–4pm!

We wrapped up our last teen kayaking session with last Friday, and made a fun stop at Little Beach. One of our teens found a ball washed up on shore, so of course, we had to squeeze in a quick game of beach soccer! What a perfect way to end the season together.

Both programs offer a fun, safe and engaging place for kids to spend their after-school hours, with opportunities to play, learn, create, stay active and make friends.

THRIVE: Aftercare, weekdays 2:30–5:30pm. Licensed childcare and CCAP accepted.
