VFAM CEBU should not be held responsible for the alleged actions of a single individual when the incident was committed solely by that person, without the group’s knowledge, involvement, or participation.

VFAM CEBU does not condone or tolerate violence, abuse, or any conduct that harms a child.

LYLE DIOSANA is currently in police custody and is undergoing the appropriate legal process. Our thoughts are with the child, the family, and everyone affected by this tragic situation. We sincerely hope that justice will be served.

Began his involvement in 1997 in Bulacao, initially as a member of WAD2. He was recruited by his older brother Bogs Mark and Bobstell of CMW to become one of the pioneering Crips in Bulacao.

Together with Marino “Noar”, Nova, and other companions, he helped establish the Cr!ps extension in the area following the fragmentation of the original KBI hood. With the blessing and guidance of senior members, including Mark Sangay and John 1.6, they strengthened their connection to the Cr!ps roots.

By 2000, Dims became a Master Initiator and later the right hand of Sadam. During Sadam's imprisonment, Dims took charge of the group's affairs and helped maintain its presence across Cebu, Bohol, and Davao.

In 2025, Dims was recognized as a Grand OG, alongside Drics and Drazil. Despite his position, he continues to honor Drics as the group's first founder and the legacy of his late brother, a chairman of KBI 38th Street Extension.

Dim's early years were marked by intense conflict. He recalls facing hostility from rival groups, particularly during the early development of their Cr!ps identity. These confrontations eventually became serious, with DIMS being stabbed three times and shot once. Despite these experiences, he survived and continued his involvement in the group's history.

Today, Dims is remembered within his community as one of the pioneering Cr!ps figures in Bulacao, a senior leader, and a key figure in the development and expansion of his group across several areas of the Visayas and Mindanao.

Began his journey at the age of 15 through Badlers, where he met Bhoggz, later known as OG Bhoggz. In September 2004, at 16, he was recruited by Joven into East Los Gang (E.L.G.) and introduced to early figures including OG Edward C.M.W. and Philip “Orale.”

On September 21, 2004, Paccool became part of the first E.L.G. batch established in Pajac, Lapu-Lapu City, alongside Bhoggz, Cholo, Bensot, Marunong, Budi, Chago, and Fox. As the youngest member, he initially observed and supported the group before taking on greater responsibilities.

Over the years, Paccool contributed to E.L.G.’s expansion and built connections that supported the establishment of hoods in Talisay, Siquijor, Taiwan, and Canada. When E.L.G. later connected with V!gilante, he eventually embraced the transition, obtained his VCode, and helped maintain E.L.G.’s identity within the new connection.

After more than two decades of loyalty and service, Paccool rose from its youngest member and now an OOG of E.L.G.

Recognized as a founding father of Dark Side Gangsta–Cr!ps Cebu (DSG-C).

DSG-C was established on May 16, 2001, in Hipodromo and Guadalupe, initially under the name Cr!p Thugs DSG. The name later became Dark Side Gangsta–Cr!ps, during a period of heightened gang rivalry in Cebu in the early 2000s.

Before forming DSG-C, year 1999, SixNine was a member of KBI. By 2001, he approached his OG and asked for permission to establish his own group, committing himself to building its name and presence. From its original areas, DSG-C expanded to B. Rodriguez, Mabolo, Lorega, and other parts of Cebu.

SixNine later met Charlie, also known as Creepy Bone (OOG King Bone. He tasked Charlie with creating a counterpart, resulting in the formation of BGS (Blue Ghetto Sistaz).

He also established ties with CMW, whose rivalry with Bloods and Dogg Pound groups was well known at the time. Through these connections, SixNine helped establish a ceasefire between the groups.

For the expansion of DSG-C across Cebu, SixNine assigned Dandred and Da**ie to help establish its presence in different areas. He was also involved, together with Don of CMW, in the establishment of PSC, as well as Hillside in Talamban.

DVG was later regarded as a “son hood” of DSG. Its establishment was blessed by SixNine and OOG King Bone after OG Isyot sought their approval.

From its beginnings in Cebu, DSG-C eventually expanded to other areas and islands, including Dumaguete. Through his leadership, connections, and early efforts to establish the organization, SixNine remains a central figure in the history and formation of DSG-C Cebu.

Though you’ve taken your final ride, your name, your presence, and the respect you’ve earned will forever remain a part of VSIDE. Your legacy lives on through every generation that follows, and your memory will never fade from this community.
