On the final jump make sure to stick the landing and hold the Non Counter Movement position for 1-2 seconds.

SFBA Needs your help!

Please share our GoFundMe Campaign and invite at least 10 of your friends and family members to donate to our program. We dedicated our lives to giving back to the community through basketball, and we want to make sure we can continue to do this once it is safe to do so. I've personally helped to organize school basketball programs for over ten years on a volunteer basis. Our work allowed over 140 kids to play the game annually and usually meant I was coaching 5-7 teams in one season. At times I had to pay for students to participate because their families could not afford to pay. I usually stay away from asking for help. However, in these times, I humbly ask for your support. Please help by donating $10 or more and sharing our post with at least 10 of your friends or family members. The more we can get the word out, the better. Usually, I don't like to ask for help. However, I'm hoping that our basketball family and the community that I've served for 10+ years can support us during this time. Thank you for standing with us during this crisis.

Here I’m using the Solo Assist while hosting a virtual basketball practice for our AAU Players. While I’m performing the drill on my end our players are working with a family member. In order to make the drills more realistic I’ve enlisted the help of parents, brothers, sisters or anyone living at the home. It’s been awesome to see our parents get involved in the drills as well.
