We are excited to help with this new project!

The Conasauga Accountability Courts, in collaboration with Whitfield County and the Dalton-Whitfield Community Development Corporation (DWCDC), are addressing one of the most critical barriers faced by program participants: stable housing. This initiative introduces new transitional housing designed to support participants as they work toward personal and community reintegration.

The transitional housing program, managed by the DWCDC, includes two apartments—one designated for male participants and one for female participants. Each apartment can accommodate up to four individuals, creating a safe and supportive environment for up to eight participants at a time. The project’s funding agreement runs from December 2024 through December 2026, ensuring ARPA funds are fully utilized by the federally mandated deadline of December 31, 2026.
