American Legion Riders Dalton MA Post 155 We are the founding Massachusetts chapter of the American Legion Riders. We meet the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month

The American Legion Riders are members of the American Legion who are also motorcycle enthusiasts. We can be found participating in parades, taking part in motorcycling events and supporting our communities. Members of the ALR come from the American Legion, the Legion Ladies Auxiliary and the Sons of the American Legion. The American Legion Riders is family-oriented, just as is it's parent organization; the American Legion. We do two major fundraisers a year to hlep support local Veterans in Need.

🇺🇸 Come Join Us for the Annual Veterans Dinner Dance! 🇺🇸

In case you didn’t already know, the Sheffield American Legion does not have an Auxiliary. So, some of us who are not veterans are members of the American Legion Auxiliary Dalton, MA Unit 155 and they have been incredibly supportive of the Sheffield Legion Riders.

They are hosting their Annual Veterans Dinner Dance on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the Dalton American Legion.

🎟️ Tickets are just $15 and must be purchased in advance by November 1st.

⚠️ Don’t wait! This event sells out very quickly, so grab your tickets while you can!

You can get tickets from us by emailing [email protected], at the Dalton American Legion, or from any Auxiliary member.

And here's the best part — you do NOT have to be a veteran to attend! This event is open to the general public. Come out, enjoy a wonderful evening, have some good food and good company, and most importantly, help show your support for our veterans. 🇺🇸❤️

🇺🇸 Help Us Honor America’s 250th Birthday! 🇺🇸

The Sheffield Legion Riders are proud to participate in the American Legion USA 250 Challenge by supporting our local Veterans Pantry. Our mission is to collect 250 non-perishable food and household items for veterans in need right here in our community.

We’re looking for help from our amazing friends, neighbors, and supporters to reach our goal. Donations of canned goods, cereal, soup and stews, microwaveable boxed meals, juice, hygiene products, and other everyday essentials can make a big difference for those who served our country. ❤️

Need an easy way to donate? Send us a message on Facebook or email us, and we can arrange pickup or drop-off. Monetary donations are also appreciated and will be used to purchase needed items for the pantry.
