Alex we miss you and we are thinking of you. Many of you who've been connected to the Stansberry's family for a long time will remember Alex. He was a spark of energy and always silly and mischevious. Alex and his older siter Cleonice came to Stansberry's in 2008. In 2016 when he was about to turn 12 he went to live with his father. It was a hard life for Alex after that and he eventually started to have very complex health issues including seizures which left him wheel chair bound. On September 26 Alex passed away at the very young age of 22. We are so saddened by the loss but are comforted that he is no longer suffering. Please keep Cleonice in your prayers and you're welcome to post comments with stories and memories of Alex's life. We want to honor him and remember him together. Rest in Peace Alex ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Alex, te extrañamos y te tenemos presente en nuestros pensamientos. Muchos de ustedes, que han estado vinculados a la familia Stansberry desde hace tiempo, recordarán a Alex. Él era pura energía, siempre bromista y travieso. Alex y su hermana mayor, Cleonice, llegaron a Stansberry en 2008. En 2016, cuando estaba por cumplir 12 años, se fue a vivir con su padre. From Tim...
After almost five years at Stansberry Bolivia the return to the States is bittersweet. I had the incredible blessing of sharing many special moments in my last two weeks in Bolivia. So many goodbyes, so many meaningful relationships. I walk away from my time Bolivia very impacted and leaving behind more than a small piece of my heart. I know I will be back, the question is how soon. I pray that it is sooner rather than later. Thanks to everyone who has held me up during the journey. Thanks for your prayers, your support, your friendship, phone calls, small gifts, kind words. God is faithful in every single season. For me I'm closing one chapter and starting another
I'm very excited to be starting pastoral ministry at Cornerstone Church of Harrisonburg. I'm currently in a season of transition. I will begin my ministry there in March of 2026. I only ask that the Lord be as faithful in this coming season, as he has been with me in the past. Cheers to the goodness of the Lord and His awesome plans for the future.
