Kindness is contagious, and it often starts at home✨️ we had a very special visitor at the Family Support Council Facilities refently! Elijah Snell, a wonderful student from Christian Heritage School stopped by to complete a school project focused on our CASA program❤️💙 For him, this mission is personal. His mom, Ashlea Snell, a former CASA volunteer, and seeing her dedication firsthand inspired him to learn more about how we support children in foster care. But he didn't just come to learn-he came to give back! He brought a beautiful collection of hand made encouragement cards to be distributed to our youth in care. These thoughtful messages will bring so much comfort and joy to children navigating difficult times. We are proud to see the next generation stepping up to spread kindness. Thank you Elijah for your hard work and big heart!

The Long-Awaited Day: Jasper is Officially a Burns!

Two years in foster care, countlessly brave moments, and one unforgettable milestone. Since April 2025, Jasper has filled the Burns' home with laughter, energy, and so much love. On August 26, 2026, the judge made it official what everyone has known all along: Jasper is home forever.

This journey took a village. A massive, heartfelt thank you to Tiffany Keener, Jasper’s incredible CASA since May 2025. Tiffany, your fierce advocacy, steady guidance, and constant support meant the world to Jasper and his family. You were a light during the process, and we at Murray/Whitfield CASA are endlessly grateful for you.

Something as simple as a new pair of shoes can make a child feel confident, comfortable, and ready for school or their next adventure. Your kindness will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our CASA kiddos.
