“When you lose a parent, you lose your past. When you lose your baby, you lose your future.”

When a parent loses a child, life as they knew it is shattered. The world keeps spinning—but their hearts don’t. At Chasing the Rainbows, we believe no one should navigate that darkness alone.

🌈 We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit showing up for grieving parents in all 50 states—every single day. If you drive past one of our billboards and your heart skips, we see you. 💗

Every baby loss matters. These billboards are up across the United States through October 28 for National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, and they are here for every parent who has ever been told to move on, stay quiet, or look on the bright side. Your baby loss matters. Your grief matters. You matter.

Thank you, Lamar Advertising Company, for giving these words such a big, bright place in the world. We are so grateful and can’t thank your team enough.

Help us spot them! If you see one, snap a photo (passengers and parked cars only, please keep your eyes on the road) and tag . We’ll send you a free Every baby loss matters awareness bracelet as our thank you.

We will share where each billboard is as soon as we have the final word.

Send this to someone who needs to see these words today.

Your baby's name can help another family not walk this road alone 🌈

This Baby Loss Awareness Week, you can help keep Chasing the Rainbows support free for families facing pregnancy loss, infant loss, and infertility.

There are two ways to give:

💛 Start a fundraiser in honor of your baby and invite your family and friends to give. Your goal can be $25. Your story can be three sentences.
💛 Donate directly here.

Every dollar funds free virtual support groups, peer mentoring, and grief resources for parents who need someone to sit with them.

If you know someone who carries a baby in their heart, please share this post. Your share could be the reason another family finds us, or the reason someone gives for the first time.

Baby loss is not just one moment of heartbreak. It’s a grief that changes you forever. 🩷🩵💛

It’s remembering your baby’s due date while grieving the future you imagined. It’s seeing a positive pregnancy test after loss and feeling fear instead of excitement. It’s learning how to carry grief and hope at the same time.

Pregnancy after loss is complicated. Miscarriage grief is real. And your baby will always matter. 🤍

If you’ve experienced infertility, miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss, please know this:

You are allowed to grieve for as long as you need. You can want another baby and still deeply miss the baby you lost. You don’t have to be “over it” because time has passed. You deserve support, even when the world has stopped asking. Your baby’s life mattered, and you will always be their parent.

Sometimes, the most healing words aren’t advice or explanations. They’re simply: “I remember your baby, too.” 🤍

If you’re navigating baby loss, pregnancy after miscarriage, or the heartbreaking journey of trying to conceive after loss, you are not alone.

If you feel comfortable sharing, leave a 🌈 in the comments to help someone experiencing baby loss feel less alone. You are always welcome here.

Save this post for the days when grief feels heavy. Share it with someone who needs to feel understood. Tag or send it to someone who remembers a baby gone too soon.

Let’s create a world where miscarriage, stillbirth, and baby loss are spoken about with compassion—not silence.

Every baby loss matters. Every grieving parent matters. Every story deserves to be remembered.
