We love seeing companies put ACTION behind Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 💗🎣

Bajío Sunglasses, a premier sport sunglasses company, has partnered with Casting for Recovery, an organization near and dear to the hearts of so many breast cancer survivors.

Many survivors have had the privilege of attending a Casting for Recovery fly-fishing retreat, while many more of us remain hopeful for the opportunity! There seems to be a special kind of magic that happens on those retreats.

And this partnership has an extra special connection to DUC PINK — Bajío's Art Director is the daughter of one of our very own PINK survivors! 💕

What a great day on the water at the 3rd Annual AAPI & Dragon Boat Festival on White Rock Lake! 🩷🌊

Dallas United Crew PINK was proud to race alongside an incredible mix of breast cancer survivor paddlers from Dallas, Austin, and Kansas City — all coming together to compete, support one another, and celebrate the strength of this community.

The wind made for tough conditions all day, but this team kept getting stronger with every race, improving our time and fighting our way into the finals to earn a Bronze Medal finish.

But the best part of the day wasn’t the hardware. It was the friendships celebrated across cities, the shared stories, the laughter at the dock, the support in the boat, and the reminder that survivorship can still look strong, competitive, joyful, and fearless. Dragon boating has always been about more than racing. It’s about community, resilience, and proving that life after cancer can still be powerful and full of adventure. Thanks to all the amazing women who travelled to celebrate with us!!!💕💪
