Paul says in Galatians 1:8,

“But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to the one we preached to you, let him be accursed.”

There is a distinction between man’s gospel and the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Man’s gospel focuses on self, the gospel of Jesus Christ puts all of the focus on Jesus alone.

God’s grace was never meant to stop with us. He brings us into His family, fills us with His love, and sends us out to be a light to others.

We don’t have to be perfect to plant a seed, or to refresh others.

We just have to stay close to Him and let Him shine through us.

On the last day of last year’s Summit, Peter commissioned us to run with the Gospel in our regions not just as a message we preach, but as a Person we’ve encountered.

He came not only to save us, but to be with us and transform us into His image.

It’s more than freedom from sin. It is the ongoing revelation of Jesus as the Lamb, our great High Priest, and the Bridegroom who desires closeness with us.

For those who have already attended, you already know. And for those who haven’t.. come expectant!

As the Braveheart family grows, we like to create a space every year for intentional connection with people from all over the world.

Like a family reunion that you don’t want to miss.

Back in November, our Winnipeg crew took a 12th grade student named Lucas with them to the Braveheart Summit.

Lucas got lit on fire for the Gospel and was commissioned on the last night of the Summit to run with the Gospel.

We prayed for him on the final night and sent him back into the city of Steinbach, Canada to RUN!

It’s been 5 months since that night at the Summit.

Since then, Lucas has hosted a ‘Majesty of the Gospel’ series at his house with 7 other high school guys.

This past Tuesday he led a worship night at his public high school in Steinbach (which is the biggest high school in the province of Manitoba!)

He asked our Winnipeg crew (Aiden, Heather, EJ, Jess + team) to lead worship and he preached. He taught out Isaiah 53 and Romans 6 and it was POWERFUL!

Between 300-350 people (mostly students) showed up for this evening and got undone by the Gospel!
