We walk alongside women navigating grief, trauma, financial hardship, or illnessโ€”restoring their sense of strength The Be Free Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women facing grief, financial hardship, health struggles, and life transitions. We provide wellness scholarships, emotional support, and access to fitness + community programs that strengthen the body, restore

To support women walking through lifeโ€™s hardest seasonsโ€”grief, loss, trauma, illness, or financial struggleโ€”by offering accessible wellness, movement, and faith-centered encouragement so they can heal, rebuild, and rise stronger. Our Story

Founded by Christian Corley Anderson after overcoming monumental loss, weight struggles, and battles that shaped her purpose, the Be Free Foundation exists to help women find hope, healing, and community. No woman should fight alone.

Something beautiful is growing through Be Free Foundation. ๐Ÿ’—

We recently gathered for our Foundation leadership meeting, and I left feeling incredibly encouraged, grateful, and excited about what is ahead.

Be Free Foundation, Inc. exists to empower women to reclaim hope, health, and wholeness through movement, mentorship, and mission. We want to walk alongside women navigating grief, trauma, illness, financial hardship, and difficult seasonsโ€”reminding them that they are not alone and helping them rediscover their strength.

As we continue building our programs and expanding our reach, we would love for you to learn more about our mission, follow our journey, and discover ways to be involved.
