Hey everyone, I'm a former Marine and the host of Kilo Ruck 214. First, I just want to say thank you for being here—whether you’ve rucked before or this is your first time, I appreciate you showing up.

A little about me: I served in the Marine Corps, and like many of us, the transition back to civilian life wasn’t easy. One of the toughest battles I’ve faced was physically but mainly mental. After getting out, I struggled with my identity, my purpose, and with mental health overall. I carried a lot of that weight silently for a long time. And that’s part of what led me here.

Kilo Ruck 214 isn’t just about fitness or putting miles on a trail. It’s about community. It’s about reconnecting, creating a space where veterans and supporters can show up for one another, check in, and move forward—literally and mentally—together.

This crew was born from a simple need: to not feel alone in the fight. If you’ve been through it, you get it. And if you haven’t, but you're here to support, that means the world.

So whether you’re here to sweat, heal, or just walk beside others, you’re in the right place. Let’s ruck up, talk, and build something stronger—together.
