This Saturday, We Rise Holistic Organization is coming together for a day of gratitude, nature, movement, and community! 💚

One of our amazing leaders, Chamequis Pickens, will be leading us as we slow down, connect with nature, and practice being fully present in the beauty around us.

There is something powerful about slowing down long enough to notice where you are, how you feel, the air around you, the sounds of nature, and the people walking beside you! 🌱☀️

Join the We Rise Holistic Community for a day of intentional movement, connection, gratitude, and time in nature at Oak Point Park and Nature.
Our nature walks are about more than physical movement. They are an extension of what We Rise Holistic represents, Creating accessible spaces where our community can come together to support the mind, body, and spirit.

During this experience, we encourage you to unplug from the distractions of everyday life, breathe deeply, move your body, connect with others, and simply appreciate the gift of being present.

8:00 AM — Meet in front of the pavilion
Please arrive with enough time to gather, connect, and prepare.
8:30 AM — Nature walk begins PROMPTLY
10:30 AM — Scheduled conclusion

🌿 What to Bring
Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Bring water, sun protection, and anything else you need to feel comfortable outdoors.
Most importantly, bring an open heart, good energy, and gratitude for the opportunity to connect.

Take a break from the busyness of life and join us for a refreshing morning of movement, mindfulness, and community in nature.

Our JULY COMMUNITY HIKE is centered around the intention of celebrating growth. This is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and acknowledge how far you've come whether you've been growing personally, professionally, spiritually, or in your relationships. Together, we'll walk with gratitude, breathe deeply, and embrace the present moment while surrounded by the beauty of nature.
This hike is open to all fitness levels. Whether you're coming to connect with others, enjoy the outdoors, or simply reset for the week ahead, you're welcome here.

🌻 WE RISE HOLISTIC ANNOUNCEMENT 🌻

We Rise Holistic is excited to announce that its Founder and President, Tanishia Richmond, will be relocating to the Big Island of Hawaii, marking an exciting new chapter and expansion of the organization’s vision.

While Hawaii will become a new area of growth and outreach, Dallas-Fort Worth will always remain home. We Rise Holistic will continue serving and building community throughout DFW while extending its mission of health, wellness, education, and healing to the islands.

This transition represents growth, not goodbye. The vision is expanding, the mission remains the same, and the movement continues to rise.
