The need is ongoing, and so is the impact you can make 💙

Donated items help us provide food, clothing, and essentials to those who need it most.

If you’re able to give, we would be so grateful.

Since this flyer was created in mid-May, the number of Hunt County children removed from their homes due to abuse and placed into the foster care system has increased. And before the month ends, even more could be added that will be in need of a CASA. Call to Action: Become a CASA Volunteer Advocate. What an incredible day.

Yesterday marked the inaugural Texas Valor Project Golf Tournament, and we are still overwhelmed by the generosity, support, and love shown by this community.

To our monthly donors — thank you for believing in our mission year-round and helping make events like this possible.

To our volunteers — thank you for the early mornings, long hours, and countless behind-the-scenes efforts that kept everything running smoothly.

To our sponsors, community partners, board members, golfers, and supporters — thank you for showing up in such a big way. Your support directly impacts the lives of veterans and first responders who are fighting battles most people never see.

And to our recipients and their families — thank you for trusting us with your stories and allowing us to walk alongside you in your journey. You are the reason we do this work.

This tournament was far more than a day on the golf course. It was a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together to serve those who have sacrificed so much for all of us.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. We are incredibly grateful for every person who played a role in making this event such a success.

Stay tuned for our official recap video coming soon!

In the meantime, if you snapped photos from yesterday, drop them in the comments below and tag your friends. We’d love to see the day through your eyes and celebrate all the memories that were made.

Our hearts are with the Oak Cliff community today.

Yesterday afternoon, a gas explosion leveled The Clyde apartment complex at East 9th Street and Patton Avenue in Dallas.

What began as a reported gas leak became a catastrophic event that took the lives of at least three people, including a child, and sent others to the hospital.

Approximately 120 firefighters responded. Families lost everything in moments.

This is the kind of event that reminds us why communities need to look out for each other. And why the people who run toward these situations, the firefighters, the first responders, the neighbors who showed up to help, deserve every bit of recognition they receive.

To the crews who responded. To the families who lost someone yesterday. To the Oak Cliff community navigating this loss together. HEAL Corp stands with you.

A candlelight vigil is being held tonight at W.H. Adamson High School at 309 E 9th Street beginning at 7:30 PM for those who want to gather and grieve together.

If you are able to support displaced families from The Clyde, resources are being coordinated through the City of Dallas - City Hall and local community organizations. We will share updates as they become available.
