In the midst of Cuba's economic crisis, one pastor is proving that business can be a powerful platform for ministry.

As power outages became more frequent, he invested in solar technology to keep his tire repair business operating when many others could not. What started as a tire shop gradually expanded to include refreshments, and a full-service repair shop, and new opportunities to serve the community. But the most remarkable part of the story isn't the growth of the business.

Each month, he uses a portion of the profits to provide food support for 50 pastors and their families across his church network. In a nation facing ongoing economic challenges, that support is helping frontline leaders continue serving their communities with hope and perseverance.

In Uganda, a newly launched Kingdom Business Network is already thinking beyond business.
Shortly after gathering for the first time, a group of marketplace leaders in Kampala began asking a simple question: How can we use our businesses to make an outward impact?
Their vision led them to one of the poorest regions in the nation, where food insecurity impacts families every day. Now, they are working to establish sustainable farming initiatives, equip local farmers with new agricultural methods, and share the hope of Christ along the way.
What excites us most is that this is only the beginning. Marketplace leaders are united around a kingdom vision, businesses become a force for transformation, and communities begin to flourish.

In Brazil, one marketplace leader is discovering that influence is a gift to be stewarded.

After connecting with a local Kingdom Business Network, he began to see new opportunities to live out his faith beyond the walls of his business. What started as a simple conversation unexpectedly opened the door to a leadership role serving the broader business community in his city.

Today, he is using that influence to serve others in practical ways. Through his work with a local indigenous community, 46 individuals received visual health care and prescription eyeglasses, bringing greater dignity, care, and quality of life.

This is the fruit of marketplace leaders living on mission, using their skills, influence, and resources to bring transformation to their communities.

In South Asia, one Kingdom Business Network is discovering that transformation goes far beyond the workplace.

As business leaders gathered to share their experiences, a common theme began to emerge: many were struggling with overwhelming workloads, strained family relationships, and the pressure to balance work and life well.

Through honest conversations, mentoring, and encouragement, leaders are finding practical ways to restore healthy rhythms, strengthen their families, and approach their work with renewed purpose. What began as business discussions has grown into a deeper ministry of discipleship and care.

This is the power of community. When marketplace leaders walk together, they don't just become better business leaders, they experienced inward transformation, onward flourishing, and outward impact for Christ.

In Pakistan, where access to practical discipleship and leadership resources is limited, translated tools are helping equip a new generation of changemakers.

Recently, church leaders and theological educators gathered to explore Global Advance tools and resources designed to strengthen leadership development and disciple-making across the nation. The response was immediate, with leaders requesting additional resources and opportunities for future training.

This is the power of placing tools in the hands of influential leaders. When resources are available in local languages, leaders are equipped, disciples are multiplied, and the gospel advances into hard-to-reach places. Through these strategic efforts, 60 catalytic leaders have already been mobilized, with a vision to impact 1,725 church and marketplace leaders across Pakistan!

In Uganda, one business leader is discovering that the marketplace can be a powerful platform for kingdom impact.

Martha, founder of a local bakery and training center, shared how being part of a Kingdom Business Network transformed the way she sees her work. As she engaged with Global Advance resources through her KBN, her business began to shift from simply serving customers to becoming a place of discipleship and encouragement. Every student she trains now has the opportunity to hear about Christ, receive prayer, and experience genuine care and support.

Today, Martha’s business is creating more than baked goods, it has become a beacon of hope. It’s building trust, opening doors for ministry, and impacting lives throughout her community.

In South Asia, the next generation is stepping into leadership and taking the gospel further than ever before.

At a recent gathering, 75 young leaders were equipped with Global Advance tools and resources, gaining practical vision for discipleship, leadership, and reaching their communities. And the impact didn’t stop there. Already, 40 of those leaders have begun training others, 7 new churches have been planted, and new Hubs are forming as the movement continues to grow.

This is what happens when emerging leaders are equipped and released; multiplication begins, and communities are transformed.

During a two-day Global Advance gathering in Cameroon, 44 leaders from 9 different denominations came together, including pastors, doctors, teachers, and business professionals, all with a shared desire to grow in their faith and leadership.

Through Global Advance resources, participants experienced deep personal reflection and practical growth, strengthening how they lead in their businesses, ministries, families, and communities.

And the impact is already multiplying, as many have committed to pass on what they’ve received to others.
