The reason Soup Angels was born. “In 2025, more than 600,000 shelter animals were euthanized. For someone whose entire world is their companion, surrendering that animal isn’t a ‘solution’ — it’s a devastating risk. Supporting people and their pets where they are is far more humane than sending a beloved dog into a system where the odds are stacked against them.”

Communities must work together to create sustainable solutions that address both the symptoms and root causes of homelessness.
