Flora Chapter #794 Order of the Eastern Star Welcome to our chapter page where you'll find announcements, event photos and a place to connect. Our current chapter is actually comprised of five!

Flora #794 received it’s charter in October 1926 and is named for Flora Penix. She was the 31st Worthy Grand Matron of Texas, installed October 8th, 1918. The following chapters consolidated with Flora over the years: Cockrell Hill, Delta, Mike Thomas and Oak Cliff.

October update: The facebook administrator was unable to attend. However, I received reports that a fried chicken dinner was enjoyed and the meeting was quick and fun. We are preparing for the official visit of our Deputy Grand Matron in November!

September update: Dinner theme was cool and light. The triple digit temps are persistent in Dallas and everyone was interested in small bites! A quick, basic round of business for our meeting. The highlight was celebrating our district 1, section 4 Deputy Grand Matron, Gloria Hibdon, on her successful School of Instruction.
