People That Care Center The People That Care Center is a non-profit organization providing food, prayer, and compassion to Grand Prairie families in need.

Over the years The People That Care Center has been involved in special outreach programs such as disaster relief, medical aid, and backpacks for children going back to school. Holiday of Hope is an annual program that provides families with groceries and their children with presents at Christmas. While our special programs may vary depending on resources, the People That Care Center is foremost a

food pantry. Our mission is to minister to those in need by providing food and other basic necessities in order to promote healthier, more stable families and communities. In addition to physical nourishment, the PTC offers encouragement and emotional support to families through everyday difficulties in the form of counseling and prayer.
