Full Service Event Design by

Watching this event come to life from concept to ex*****on was truly remarkable. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, curated, and installed, resulting in a seamless and elevated experience.

Uptown Champagne handled the vision, sourcing, design, and production, allowing us to connect in a space that felt intentional, refined, and fully complete.

This was more than décor, it was a fully realized experience. 🫶🏽✨

What do black women deserve?

03/25/2026

Our favorite Dainty Girl dropped gems as she shared what it truly means to own her influence.

There’s something powerful about hearing a woman define influence in her own words, not by titles, not by numbers, but by the way she shows up, builds, and impacts others.

This is what Owning Your Influence looks like in real time.

If you were in the room, what part stayed with you most? Drop it below.

One of the most powerful moments from our opening keynote, Dr. ShantaQuilette , was this reminder:

Sometimes when you feel overlooked… You are actually being protected.

Protected from spaces that were not meant for you.
Protected from opportunities that would have drained you.
Protected while something better is being prepared.

So many women know the feeling of being passed over or unseen in certain rooms.

But what if some of those moments weren’t rejection at all? What if they were redirection.

If this message resonates with you, drop a 🤍 below.

There was a moment during the conversation when the room went quiet.

Crystal shared what it felt like to lose her job in corporate America and suddenly question her identity. Not just the paycheck, but the title, the routine, and the version of herself she had worked so hard to build.

She asked a question many women quietly ask in moments like that: Who am I without the title?

For many Black women in corporate spaces, our careers often come with the pressure to constantly prove ourselves. So when that chapter ends, the rebuilding is not just professional. It’s deeply personal.

And right now, many women are navigating this. Last year alone, over 300,000 Black women experienced job loss or shifts in employment in 2025 across the U.S.

reminded us that our value was never the job. Sometimes the moment that forces you to rebuild is the moment that reveals who you really are.

Moments like this are why rooms like Owning Your Influence matter. The discussions are needed in real time IRL. If you’ve ever had to rebuild after a career shift, this moment was for you.
