Deep Ellum Foundation (DEF) has hired off duty officers to patrol Deep Ellum. I'm attempting to increase patrols to include Expo.

DEF has printed hundreds of offical looking no panhandling signs for Deep Ellum. Some will be placed in Expo. Individual business owners can request leftovers.
