To the women in Southern Dallas who are in an abusive relationship and feel there's no hope or help, Genesis at South Oak Cliff is here for you when you're ready.

We know that there can be so many reasons a woman decides to stay in an abusive relationship and we are not in the business of telling her to "just leave." Instead, our trauma-informed staff walks alongside every woman on her unique journey to help find resources, find help and heal from the trauma of abuse.

As summer break comes to a close, we are looking back on days with our community full of gratitude. Whether we are out and about at events or welcoming in supporters of our mission, each day spent with our community is a reminder that it takes all of us to be the change.
