City of Dallas HOA - Unofficial This page is dedicated to helping those in the Dallas HOA to live and function. Join a one-of-a-kind community in the heart of Dallas!

This page is focused on education, community organizing, well-being, engaging, offering cheat-codes to live in COD HOA - Unofficial Our members enjoy a unique lifestyle that is off the beaten path. With a strong sense of camaraderie, our members create their own cozy living spaces using their own furniture and clothing, some of which is acquired through donations. In this community you will be sle

eping on the ground, behind dumpsters, in your parking spots, and in various area of vegetation. For a big surprise if you can acquire a mattress (no questions asked) you can put it where you have been sleeping, just on the ground. Your personal property in the association: we don’t ask, but just put it wherever. We suggest hiding it on other people’s property behind walls, bushes, or even in their dumpster. Of course, that is the conservative suggestion for your property and the least common. Most members just put it on the ground or commandeer a grocery cart (one again, no questions asked). If you know where to find ones where the wheels work properly, please do the neighborly thing and tell only the neighbors you like where to find them. Our community offers a variety of amenities, including free hotels, free healthcare, and free electricity from property owners who haven't been smart enough to disable all their outdoor plugs. We also offer readily available toilets. In the common vernacular, just p**s and crap wherever you desire. Please note, we DO NOT provide toilet paper. Please just air dry, use a stick or use a tree with what some describe as “gentle bark”. The smell is an issue but it’s what we call “neutralized” by the excessive drug abuse and what some refer to as crotch rot. And with the Dallas District Attorney choosing not to prosecute certain activities, our members are free to live life on their own terms. If you're looking for a place to call home that's unlike any other, come join us! We would love to have you help build this great community.

ATM RIPPED OUT OF LOCAL 7-ELEVEN‼️

〽️PLANO, TEXAS — Smash-and-grab thieves are at it again! Police say two men used a pickup truck to rip an entire ATM out of a 7-Eleven early Sunday morning — leaving behind major damage and a big mess.

It happened at the 7-Eleven located at 3940 W. 15th Street, where the suspects backed up the truck, hooked onto the ATM, and dragged it out the front doors. By the time Plano Police arrived, the men were long gone — but officers later found the ATM dumped nearby, cracked open and abandoned.

Workers spent the day fixing up the storefront, and the store was back open by Sunday afternoon — but residents say this type of crime is becoming all too common across North Texas.

“They’re bold — they don’t care about cameras or alarms anymore,” one nearby shopper said.

Police are now reviewing surveillance video to identify the suspects and the truck involved.

Dallas County Jail Capacity Sparks Concern

Dallas County’s jail system has reached a critical point, hitting full capacity earlier this month, according to county commissioners.

The facility, which is overseen by the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, is designed to house about 7,100 inmates. While county leaders confirmed that number has been reached, at least one Dallas County judge has suggested there may still be some additional space available.

The situation reflects a growing problem across Texas. In Houston, officials have been forced to send inmates to neighboring states as their facilities have gone beyond capacity.

Dallas County Sheriff Marian Brown recently addressed the issue in an open letter to the public. She acknowledged that the jail is “near full” but clarified that it has not yet reached its absolute maximum capacity.

The debate over how much space remains comes as law enforcement agencies across the state continue to grapple with overcrowded jails, rising inmate numbers, and limited resources to expand housing.

Rise and shine sleepyhead. It’s a reminder that it’s important for you to be active early in the morning with exercise exercises, which would include working out, walking, yoga, or whatever the hell this is.

Just had a business owner threaten to tell 911 that I was using a gas powered w**d eater because the cops don’t show up when the call about trespassing, threats of violence, or doing m**h, fentanyl…etc.

This is terrible. They probably would show up if those that reported falsly accused me of not using an electric w**d eater or didn’t use a blinker.

This is uncalled for. Leave us alone. Can someone tell the DA people are wanting equal treatment in Dallas county!
