Three years ago, I walked into Jackson Jaguar Theatre Company not fully realizing just how much it would change my life. What I thought would be a chapter became a family, a home, and one of the greatest honors of my career.

To every student who stepped onto our stage, worked behind the scenes, took creative risks, stayed late building sets, laughed during rehearsals, cried after closing nights, and poured your heart into this program, thank you. You have taught me just as much as I could have ever taught you. Your courage, creativity, passion, and heart reminded me every single day why theatre matters.

Over these last three years, we built more than productions. We built memories, traditions, friendships, confidence, and a community that believed in the power of storytelling. Watching this program grow has been one of the greatest joys of my life, and I will forever carry these moments with me.

As I step into this next adventure, I leave knowing the future is incredibly bright. I cannot wait to see what is on the horizon for each of you. Keep dreaming bigger than you think possible. Keep taking creative risks. Keep lifting each other up. And remember the final lesson I shared at banquet: the world will always need people brave enough to create, to feel, and to tell stories.

Thank you, Jackson Jaguar Theatre Company, for changing my life forever. Once a Jaguar, always a Jaguar.

💚✨ We’re just green with excitement! ✨💚

After a year of learning, creating, and exploring the world of Wicked, the Jackson Jaguar Theatre Company is headed to see the National Broadway Tour of Wicked at Broadway Dallas!

This experience has truly been a year in the making. From script analysis and character development to costume design and technical theatre connections, Wicked has been woven into our curriculum in so many meaningful ways. Now, our students get the incredible opportunity to see the magic come to life on stage!

We are beyond thankful for this opportunity and for every supporter who helps make experiences like this possible for our students. Here’s to unforgettable memories, inspiring performances, and defying gravity together! 💚🧹✨

Tonight at our Thespian Banquet, we take one last look back at a season filled with unforgettable performances, standing ovations, laughter, growth, late-night rehearsals, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Our “Year in Review” slideshow celebrates every moment that made this year special — from first rehearsals to final bows, competitions to curtain calls, and every friendship formed along the way. ❤️🎬

Thank you to every student, parent, supporter, and director who helped make this year one for the history books. The stage lights may dim tonight, but the memories we created together will continue to shine. 🌟

Here’s to the laughs, the lessons, the victories, and the family we became.

✨ Headed to see Wicked on May 16, 2026? Here’s your important trip info! Please review all details carefully.

🎟️ Tickets were purchased only for students who have submitted payment.

🚌 Parents: Even if you are attending the show, your student must ride the bus to Fair Park with our group. If you would like your child to leave with you after the performance, additional checkout paperwork will be required. STUDENTS MUST BE AT JACKSON AT 11:45am to get on bus!

👔 Outfit: Please wear Sunday best attire. Let’s show respect to the art form we dedicate so much time too.

🍬 Snacks: Students can purchase snacks at fair park if you would like to send money with them!

📄 Field trip permission forms will be sent home soon—be on the lookout!

“Behind every standing ovation is someone who helped raise the curtain.”

Today, the Jackson Jaguar Theatre Company had to say “see you later” to one of our greatest champions, Mrs. Robin Gonzales, during her final class visit of the year. Her support for our department, our campus, and our students has meant more than words can express.

Thank you for always believing in our vision, advocating for the arts, and helping turn big dreams into reality. Because of your encouragement and leadership, our students have had the opportunity to shine both on and off the stage.

Thank you for helping us raise the curtain, Mrs. Gonzales. Your impact on the Jackson Jaguar Theatre Company will be felt long after the final bow.
