This week marked a powerful moment for the Center for Nonprofit Management as we gathered with nonprofit leaders, funders, and community partners committed to strengthening communities across North Texas.
Our Dallas relaunch, hosted by Communities Foundation of Texas, was more than an event. It marked the beginning of an elevated vision for how CNM will continue supporting nonprofit organizations through leadership development, strategic advisement, board engagement, and data-informed solutions designed for the realities leaders face today.
We were honored to hear insights and wisdom from extraordinary leaders including Wayne White, Kathleen LaValle of Dallas CASA, Mary Pat Higgins of Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum, Robert Kent of Communities Foundation of Texas, Kim Davis of Carl B. & Florence E. King Foundation, and Monica Christopher of The Meadows Foundation.
Over the coming weeks, we will begin unveiling expanded and elevated offerings designed to help nonprofit leaders build stronger, more sustainable organizations, including:
What to expect next
Expanded consulting services with a new cohort of trainers and advisors, elevating our offerings beyond traditional strategic planning to provide deeper implementation support such as program redesign, organization redesign as well as Executive & Board advisement tied to the findings and strategies that emerge from that work.
New organization offerings aimed at customized lecture series, board matching programs, board development initiatives as well as options to participate in shared retirement fund pools.
The CNM Executive Series is designed to provide executive, nonprofit leaders with training to help think strategically, make stronger decisions, and prepare their organizations for long-term impact, including:
Newly Promoted CEO, Executive Director & Director Training
Data Modernization
Digital & AI Solutions for Nonprofit Executive Leaders

At the same time, we remain deeply committed to the trusted programs and services that have strengthened nonprofits across the region for decades, including our Nonprofit Management Certification program, professional development trainings, strategic consulting, and CNM-pact data tools.
This relaunch is not a departure from who we are. It is an evolution of our commitment to strengthening the nonprofit sector with deeper expertise, stronger partnerships, and modern tools for the challenges ahead.

We’re just getting started.
