🦁 Oak Cliff Lions Club to Distribute $47,000 Back Into the Community

The Oak Cliff Lions Club is proud to continue its long tradition of service to Oak Cliff and the greater Dallas community.

This year, through the recommendation of our Civic Benefits Committee, the Club will distribute approximately $35,000 in charitable support to local organizations doing meaningful work in our community.

In addition, the Club will award $12,000 in scholarships to deserving seniors from Oak Cliff high schools as they take the next step in their education.

Together, that represents $47,000 going back into the community through service, education, health, youth programs, and local charitable work.

For nearly a century, Oak Cliff Lions have believed in a simple idea:

**When people come together to serve, good things happen.**

We are grateful to our members, donors, volunteers, and community partners who make this work possible.

Today was our annual visit to the Dallas Zoo, and we enjoyed hearing an update from the CEO Lion Lisa New and presented her with a $3500 grant.
