Operation Tiny House was thrilled to participate and learn more about supporting and advocating for seniors at the Senior Strategic Plan Public Listening Session held at the Mattie Nash-Davis Rec Center!

Special thanks to Barbara Doweling with OTH, District 8 representative, and District 4 Senior Commissioner Phyllis Lee for their valuable insights and dedication to making Dallas a better place for older adults. Together, we can make a difference!

The Office of Community Care (OCC) provides direction and oversight for the City’s social, human, and supportive services to help create equity for seniors, children, and other residents of Dallas, improving their quality of life and standard of living.

Paying Honor To Our Veterans at Wreaths Across America.

is a national community event that brought Operation Tiny House and the Housing Initiative, to visit three thriving communities. Councilwoman Carolyn King Arnold from District 4 and Councilman from District 8, as well 's National Night Out in Lancaster, Texas.

All the events were filled with excitement and offered a range of activities for everyone to enjoy. Attendees were treated to delicious free food, engaging community activities, thrilling games, lively music, and an overall atmosphere of fun for the whole family.

The events also had a strong presence of various city departments from Dallas, including the and departments. Their participation added a sense of security and community support to the gathering.

Overall, the events were a resounding success, bringing together different , leaders, and for a night of , camaraderie, and .

Operation Tiny House and University Hills Veterans Initiative will celebrate the legacy of Joanna Webb-Murria whom served veterans with healthcare. The Joanna's Veterans Camp located in southern Dallas remains a shelter for veterans in need of affordable housing.

We are so grateful to host Our Calling Wayne and Caroyln Walker. They provided OTH with so many resources, data, and their plans to build a tiny house community in Ellis County.
