Teamwork makes the dream work planning session! SO many things coming up! Stay tuned for detail about our "A Seat At The Table" Chefs Dinner Series, first installation with Abraham Salum. The Service Above Self Celebration featuring young adults who exemplify the events title and our BIG annual fundraising effort, "Uptown Cooks" is coming up in April!

ALL of these generate funds to support our 2027 initiative, Creating Lasting Impact, in the community.

The most far-reaching project of Rotary International. Together with the UN (which Rotary helped establish), the WHO, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and others, we are eliminating Polio from the planet. Join the effort!

Heard at Fire Station #1 when asked what they wish the public knew (shift C): "Stay home on New Year's Eve, people!" "Stop lighting fireworks in a drought!", "Don't drive like maniacs."

Gotta love the dedicated firefighters at our adopted station.

Lots of hard work displayed by our club leaders this weekend cooking and serving lunch at Ronald McDonald House. Thank you for organizing this meaningful event Ann Germann!

What a weekend! We started with a district party where Uptown won second place at the table decorating. Thank goodness Travis-Lee Moore was in the house as he designed and provisioned a beautiful table. I was a very modest pair of hands.

Despite record setting rainfall, we had a decent turnout for our Service Above Self Student Awards. I love this picture of Levi Gray in action at the Nasher.
