What You’ll Do:
Safely transport youth to and from program sites and events
Be a positive mentor and role model for teens
Encourage life skills, responsibility, and community engagement
Keep your vehicle clean, organized, and dependable
Support the program team with logistics or small errands as needed

Position: Assistant Entrepreneurial Coach

Job Description: K-Nation Group’s Genius Center is seeking an Assistant Entrepreneurial Coach who is energetic, tech-savvy, and possesses a creative flair, ideally suited for a college student or recent graduate. This role is designed to support our lead Entrepreneurial Coach by engaging young learners in activities that foster business skills, with a strong emphasis on technology and creative marketing.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing entrepreneurial workshops and sessions.
Engage with youth in exploring and applying business and marketing concepts.
Help maintain and update social media and marketing content to promote the Genius Center’s initiatives.
Provide logistical support during workshops and ensure the learning environment is conducive to creativity and innovation.
Collaborate with the lead coach to tailor lessons that integrate technology effectively.
Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a college program related to business, marketing, or a technology field.
Experience in working with youth in educational or community settings.
Strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to apply tech skills in a learning environment.
Flexible schedule that accommodates part-time hours.
Must pass a background check focusing on a clean criminal record.

Hours: 20 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 4 PM - 9 PM

Compensation: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour, depending on experience

Description: K-Nation Group’s Genius Center, based in Addison, Dallas, Texas, is looking for a dedicated Driver who is not only committed to providing safe and reliable transportation but also has a genuine passion for mentoring and engaging with youth. This role is essential in ensuring that participants can access our enriching activities without transportation barriers, while also providing them with support and guidance that fosters personal and social development.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport children to and from the Genius Center and various activity locations around Addison and Dallas.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, including logs of mileage and fuel consumption.
Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Comply with all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of all passengers.
Actively engage with children during transport to provide mentorship and support.
Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students to coordinate pick-up and drop-off times.
Serve as a positive role model and mentor, helping to inspire and motivate young people.
Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Experience in driving children preferred; knowledge of safety practices related to youth transportation.
Must pass a comprehensive background check with no criminal history.
Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to connect with young people and a passion for their development.

We are excited to share the incredible work happening at The Genius Center, an entrepreneur maker space dedicated to supporting at-risk youth in Dallas County. Our mission is to provide mentorship, educational support, and life skills training to help these young individuals reach their full potential.

To continue making a positive impact, we are in urgent need of a minivan. This vehicle will allow us to:

• Transport students to and from our programs safely and efficiently
• Facilitate field trips and educational outings
• Ensure access to essential resources and services

Did you know that I spent ages 7-11 in the foster care system? Yes, I did. That’s why my heart is so big towards the community & disenfranchised youth. In 2016 I founded K-Nation Group & we have been running ever since. Our mission is to provide a network of mental, physical & spiritual resources to underserved communities. In 2022 we distributed over 1 million meals in DFW.

This Christmas we have a goal of providing 80 disadvantaged kids with dinner & presents at one of our partner apartments homes in Garland, Texas. On this Giving Tuesday would you consider giving 5 dollars to the cause ?
