P.E.O. Chapter EI Richardson, TX Philanthropic Educational Organization The Sisterhood was founded January 21, 1869, as a seven-member sorority at Iowa Wesleyan College in Mount Pleasant, Iowa.

It is the second sorority to be founded in the U.S.[1] The founding members were Mary Allen [Stafford] (1848–1927), Ella Stewart (1848–94), Alice Bird [Babb] (1850–1926), Hattie Briggs [Bousquet] (1849–77), Franc Roads [Elliott] (1852–1924), Alice Virginia Coffin (1848–88), and Suela Pearson [Penfield] (1851–1920).

July 14, 2020 standing in line to get change at the bank. It was a long wait for air conditioning then once inside the line was about that long again but in AC so it was wonderful and concerning as everyone inside had in masks. Just waiting for the guns and cash bags to come out but nope. Once at the teller there was a cap on how much change I could get because they’d stopped coming to work to make coins. What a year. Still loved everyone was in the bank on masks. Before Covid a mask in a bank- they were getting robbed! 😳
