Dear TC Shoreline Runners,
We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your participation in the inaugural The Colony Shoreline Run. Your enthusiasm and dedication made the event a tremendous success. The perfect weather that graced us on race day was only matched by the warmth of your spirits and the energy you brought to the event.
We are thrilled to announce that, thanks to your support, we were able to raise a significant amount of donations for Angels Fall Up, an organization committed to researching and finding a cure for cancer through UT Southwestern. Your contribution will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who are fighting cancer. Your commitment to both the run and our charity cause is truly commendable, and we couldn't have achieved this without your presence. We also want to thank The Colony High School cheerleaders, Topcats, The Colony Police Department, The Colony Fire Department, The Colony Parks & Recreation Department and the countless volunteers that provided support to our race.
This event is and always has been a 100-percent volunteer-led race. Not one single person who organizes our race is paid for their efforts. We all have families, full-time jobs and other responsibilities, and we are all passionate about providing a superb grass-root, local event for the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Thank you again for your support, and happy training for your next race!
Best wishes,
The Colony Shoreline Run Race Team
