How full is your battery today?
Too often, we pour into everyone else while ignoring the warning signs that our own energy is running low. This is for home, work, and relationships.Just like a phone can’t function on an empty battery, neither can we. When your phone starts running low on battery, it starts to lose function of other apps. The same goes for us. We can start feeling a little more irritated, on edge, and what is normally not a big deal becomes a huge deal, possibly exploding on our loved ones or friends.

Take a moment to check in with yourself:

💚 Feeling Great? Keep doing what’s working. Protect your peace and continue practicing self-care.

🧡 Feeling Good? What can you do today to maintain your current level of wellness?

💜 Feeling Okay? Small steps matter. What’s one thing you can do to make today a little better?

💛 Feeling Meh? Give yourself grace. Speak to yourself with kindness and choose one act of self-love.

💙 Struggling? Focus on the area of life that needs the most attention right now. You don’t have to fix everything today.

❤️ Feeling Empty? Pause and identify what’s draining you. Set a healthy boundary and make space for something that restores you.

✨ Remember: Self-care is not selfish—it’s essential. Your well-being matters, and checking in with yourself is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Sometimes anxiety speaks.

The way we think about ourselves matters more than we realize. 💭

Core beliefs are the thoughts deep inside that shape how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. Negative core beliefs can sound like:
❌ “I’m not good enough.”
❌ “I always fail.”
❌ “Nobody cares about me.”

But healing begins when we challenge those thoughts and replace them with truth:
✨ “I am worthy.”
✨ “I can grow.”
✨ “I deserve peace.”
