"Rebuilding Lives After Loss" means something different to everyone who walks through our doors. For some, it's finding the courage to attend a support group for the first time. For others, it's discovering that hope and grief can exist together.
At the Grief & Loss Center of North Texas, we're honored to provide free grief support for children, teens, and adults because no one should have to navigate grief alone. Watch today's video to learn why these four words are at the heart of everything we do.

People come to a grief support group because they're tired of carrying their grief alone.

One hour can't erase the pain of losing someone you love, but it can remind you that you don't have to carry it by yourself. Sometimes that's enough to help someone take the next step.

At the Grief & Loss Center of North Texas, we provide FREE grief support for children, teens, and adults, creating a place where people can be heard, understood, and supported by others who have experienced loss. On hour won't take away someone's grief, but it can help them discover they don't have to face it alone.

As North Texas Giving Day approaches, we're grateful for the community that makes these services possible and helps us continue Rebuilding Lives After Loss.

After the death of someone we love, it's common to wonder, "Who am I now?" In this video, we explore how grief can change our sense of identity and why feeling lost is a natural part of the grieving process. You'll discover that while loss may reshape your life, it doesn't erase who you are. Through compassion, connection, and patience, healing allows us to honor the person we've lost while slowly discovering the person we are becoming. If you've ever felt like you don't recognize yourself after a loss, this video offers reassurance that you are not alone—and that hope can grow alongside your grief.
