🗣 YOU’RE JUST AHEAD OF YOUR TIME.

Sometimes God gives you something before the marketplace sees the need, before ministry has language for it and before people understand why it matters.

Don’t be discouraged when it’s dismissed or misunderstood. 🎯

When your ear 👂🏽 is close to God’s mouth, you can hear what’s coming before others can see it.

God doesn’t always give revelation for where you are. Sometimes He gives you revelation AND strategy to prepare you and others for what’s to come.

That means you may need to pray about it AND build it.

Discern it and develop it.
Write it. ✍🏽
Invest in it. 💵
Create the systems. 💻
Structure it.
Unapologetically, prepare for what God already showed you. 🔥

Also, do not be afraid of thier faces. Say what God tells you to say. Everybody doesn’t have to understand it for you to be obedient.

📣 You’re not doing too much. You’re hearing ahead and building accordingly.

This is what happens when ministry and marketplace collide. You're not on a box. You're flowing in order and kingdom.

From the pew, you may see a decision. ✍️🏽

From the pulpit, we see people attached to decisions, the potential fallout and spiritual implications. We are accountability to God.

Leadership can be heavy. 🏋🏾‍♀️

There are things we pray through, discern and have to make hard decisions about that it might not be feasible to fully explain publicly.

“For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required.” Luke 12:48 👊🏾

Leaders don’t just answer for what we preach. ✝️🎙We answer for things that we allow 🤯, ignore and how we handle God's people people. We're called to obey God even when it’s uncomfortable.

Before it is assumed a leader is doing too much, not doing enough or making the wrong call, remember... You may be looking at the same situation, but you’re not carrying the same weight. 💥

Greater authority and ministry oversight comes with greater accountability than congregations carry. 💥

Leaders, there comes a time when you have to stop pastoring people with pastors.

You cannot keep laboring with people who refuse to honor the leadership, the vision or the work God has entrusted to you. At some point, what you keep calling an assignment may simply be an attachment.

True sonship and daughtership require more than proximity. There must be honor, alignment, accountability and a willingness to build.🧱

Everybody connected to you is not planted with you. Some people have divided hearts, divided loyalties and divided intentions.

Stop exhausting yourself trying to build up people who only reach put in crisis and aren't assigned to you. Encouragement is good. Laboring with the sheep assigned to you is why you might be drained. Pivot.

Their businesses was their ministry. If God has called you to build in both ministry and marketplace, don't shrink to duplicate what you've seen. Perhaps you're the template to show others the power of a Dual Anointing.

The church use to judge christian entreprenuers. Now entreprenuers are the primary kingdom financiers.

The Church doesn't just need more preachers. 🎤

The church needs righteous CEOs... 🔥🔥🔥
It needs entrepreneurs.
It needs investors.
It needs educators.
It needs innovators.
It needs leaders who carry the presence of God into every sphere of influence.

Your office can be just as much a mission field as a sanctuary.

Stop apologizing for your assignment not being limited to the church walls. Walk in unique dual anointing to flow in the fivefold and dominate in the boardroom.

Everyone with a calling isn't called to the church. It is possible to be called in ministry and have dual anointing to operate effectively in ministry and the marketplace. 💼💵

Stop letting people make you choose. 👏🏽👏🏽

➡️ Some of you are called to the boardroom. 💼
➡️ Some of you are called to build businesses. 🏛
➡️ Some of you are called to create jobs and solve problems. 🔥
➡️ Some of you are even called to influence culture in a positive manner. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

The marketplace isn't a distraction. For many, it's your assignment.

Joseph was a business man and economic strategist. Lydia made purple and was a merchant and housed people of God (kinda like an Airbnb). The Proverbs Woman was a business woman. There are countless other examples.

Build 🧱🧱 what God called you to build how God told you to build it. You are the church.

For years, prophetic words have gone forth warning God's people to prepare, store up, and steward wisely. Yet many are still dragging their feet, waiting on another word instead of acting on the one already given.

Prayer is essential, but prayer must be coupled with an implemented plan. Noah didn't just pray, he built. Joseph didn't just pray, he stored.

If we are going to become God's distribution centers in the earth, we must move from revelation to ex*****on. The time to prepare is not when the storm arrives. It's now.

If something isn't working in ministry, pivot quickly. Don't spend years trying to force or resurrect something God is no longer breathing on.

The mission doesn't change, but, methods of carrying it out should evolve.

God wants us to produce fruit. If people aren't growing and engaging and the fruit isn't there, pay attention.

Effective leaders know when to make a strategic shift or stay the course.

Listen... Our goal shouldn't be to preserve tradition or do what has always been done. Our goal should be seeking first the kingdom of God and advancing the kingdom. E.B.H.
