You’ll learn new skills, meet amazing people, and know that every board you sand and every screw you turn is creating a safe, cozy place for a child to sleep.

Today is North Texas Giving Day, and we’re asking for your help to give local children something every child deserves: a safe, comfortable bed of their own.

When you give to Sleep in Heavenly Peace - TX Dallas/Fort Worth, you are helping build and deliver beds, mattresses, bedding, and comfort to children who need it most. More than that, you are giving them dignity, security, and a place to rest, dream, and wake up ready for a brighter day.

Financial donations such as those coming from North Texas Giving Day help us to purchase the lumber, hardware, mattresses, bedding, and tools we need to build and deliver beds to children in need.

What a weekend! North Texas Bunks Across America was a huge success, and we are so grateful to everyone who helped make it possible.
A heartfelt thank-you to our amazing sponsors and partners:

Together, we built 339 beds, collected 535 Beds in Bags donations, and welcomed more than 700 volunteers over two incredible days.
Because of this generous community, more children will have a safe, comfortable place to sleep. Thank you for showing up, giving back, and being part of something truly special!

What’s a bed without the bedding? At Sleep in Heavenly Peace, we build and deliver beds for children who need a safe, comfortable place to sleep—but every bed still needs the finishing touch: bedding. We are asking our community to help provide new twin-size sheets, comforters, pillows, and mattress protectors so each child receives not just a bed frame, but a complete and cozy place to rest. Your donation, big or small, helps turn a simple bed into a warm and welcoming space where a child can sleep peacefully tonight and wake up ready for tomorrow. If you are able, please consider donating bedding or making a contribution to help us continue serving kids in need. Together, we can make sure no kid sleeps on the floor in our town.
