This year we invited Dallas Symphony Children’s Chorus and Huayun Chinese Orchestra as our special guest artists. We look forward to sharing an evening of beautiful music with you!

The DSO is thrilled to announce the appointment of Ellie Lin as Artistic Director of the Dallas Symphony Children's Chorus (DSCC)!

Lin, who is currently the Interim Artistic Director, says, "I feel very honored that the DSO has given me the opportunity to lead this new group. I've enjoyed my time with the DSCC and am excited to continue working with them. I want to instill in our students a love for music, build up their confidence, and teach them a sense of teamwork through hands-on learning experiences alongside other talented singers in their age group. DSCC singers will have the extraordinary opportunity to perform regularly with the world-renowned Dallas Symphony Orchestra. Nothing can beat first-hand experiences with these best-in class musicians."

After suspending concerts for two years due to the Covid pandemic, we are excited to again be able to share a new concert program with our community!

Please come and enjoy an evening of choral music on Saturday, November 5th at 7PM. We will be welcoming back the outstanding Dallas Hua Yun Chinese Orchestra, as well as a few guest singers!

Members of our Chinese choir recorded their singing individually from home a popular Chinese New Year song. We compiled and edited everyone's voices together, and we are grateful to Frank Liu for producing this video for us. May this song, "恭喜恭喜", puts a smile on your face, and we wish you a Happy Lunar New Year, 2021!
