Today is North Texas Giving Day!! Our Program Director, Nisa Ortiz, is up bright & early for WFAA Day Break! đź’š

Our mission is to provide high-quality pro bono legal services to low-income persons living with terminal illnesses or HIV.

LHT is the only provider in our service area of pro bono legal services dedicated to this population of low-income individuals with HIV or AIDS. Our main office is located in Dallas, TX and we service clients who reside in Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Hunt, Kaufman, Navarro and Rockwall County. For clients who are too ill to travel, we can arrange intake, attorney consultation, and ex*****on of estate planning documents in residential, medical, and extended care settings. ⚖️
