I'M JUST SAYIN

Hello family! I know that it has been quite a while since my last comment on our page, but I couldn't hold my peace much longer. Our former president began his campaign with the pronouncement that "we are at an inflection period." For some reason, many of us paid little to no attention to him, though you selected him as your president.

That is tragically unfortunate. Right now, we are at the exact place prophesized by that presidential prophet. Anyone who can discount the mounting evidence is either blind or on serious narcotics. Either way, you're either deliberately ignorant or ignorant for real. I believe that my people are far above the ordinary character who half sees reality for so long that real life sneaks upon them and takes advantage of their insensitivity to the moment.

I believe that it is time to re-evaluate how we view and respond to things that people tell us. It is time for us to stop listening to people with the same ears that have gone numb to the reality, and actuality of what is loudly being proclaimed, most often with emphasis. When someone tells you who they are, believe them.

For those of us who are more prone to see the transition taking place even as I write this message, please don't make the mistake of thinking it will pass. It won't! We are at the beginning of a new dispensation. that means, much like the transition of the civil rights era, once again we must decide for ourselves, and individually whether we are going to continue to believe what the liar and chief is consistently advocating, or will we finally quit listening to the loudest voice, and finally start to hear the voice of reason.

After all, reason is the only difference between the lower animal case and who we claim we are...I mean, "i'm Just Saying"

Hello family! I know it's been a long time since we last communed. However, I will never be or become negligent in bringing to you, in its season, the things that make for your peace and self-preservation prerogatives. At the very least, should you employ to exert them.

We have known for quite some time now, that, for some reason no matter how outrageous Donald Trump's language and behavior became, acceptance became the obvious new norm.

When something is normalized, it no long has the sting of; "something's different!" It becomes instead routine business, to be conducted as and in conjunction with, all of the other affairs that we have deemed as more important. at least, for the moment.

I guess that would be okay, except for the facts that decry consideration. How can we, as black men justify the betrayal with having to live with the reality that any person who will solicit your upheaval of yourself, as your champion, by asking You directly; 'what have you got to lose? if you vote for me"?, and you respond with a vote of approval, what are we, as your true people, and true compatriots to take from such an apparent betrayal? And more importantly, what are we to expect of you? I mean, even now as we face a future yet defined by choices you made. some of you even said; "at least he told you who he was. That's why I voted for him" "I mean I'm Just Sayin'"

Hello Family! it's been a long time! but the urgency has prompted me once again to humbly come before you, to share with you my view of what is taking place, and right before our very eyes. Once again Donald John Trump has made it all but impossible for me to keep silent. Some things are so blatant that I await to witness the outcome with bated breath.

If my nearly sixty-nine years on this earth have taught me anything it has taught me this: yes, there is a deliberate racial component to everything that is done in this country, and it cannot help accepting to be that way. With that out the way, let us now proceed. As a black man who has witnessed the reality that is America, Donald Trump is literally walking the last few months around in this America as a free man.

I really hope that I sound preposterous! I actually pray that I sound absolutely ridiculous. Maybe so much attention won't be focused on the "I told you so" that comes with it. Family, this is one thing that I know, and I won't take it back. No one man will ever do anything other than create a new lane to be traveled. That is all Donald Trump is doing to himself. Just wait and see!

Let me leave you with this. You know at the beginning I acknowledged that to me this country has always had its racial component. And that is the absolute truth! The most majestic trees have hung some of the most majestic men, just because of their majesty. Us, we knew what it would take for us to get hung, but for Donald Trump, I really believe he's ignorant of the fact that they are only giving him enough rope to hang himself. I mean..."I'm Just Sayin'"

Hello, loved ones! It has been extremely difficult for me to feel adequate, while coming to you with only my humble opinion, while praying I bring enough to qualify for your true consideration. I balance that with the urgency that is the reality of the moment, and I have no choice but to share.

I learned years ago the need to gauge my future on the truly achievable ventures that were available to me, sometimes with the luxury of creating something from nothing. However, as a man of color, there were always the subliminal reality that: the root had always and irrevocably been planted, and its abundant harvest had but one truth.

Donald John Trump had re-iterated the reality of White Supremacy in such a way as to leave no doubt in what his rhetoric implies. "Make America Great Again!" In other words: "Make America White again!" I don't know when his elevator got stuck at his penthouse suite, but white men have always ruled, it just took on a more subtle form. A more acceptable form. A form more easily agreed upon. Wisdom, through history had long demonstrated that; if given the choice to be conquered or governed, wisdom would choose to be governed, every time.

Black people had shown their inherent wisdom from their first landing in this "new land" that we found ourselves "subject" to. I only emphasize these words to further demonstrate my willingness to play my part in the co-operating parts and counterparts that may become a part of my journey. If the Lord declares it for me, on May 28th I will be 69 years of age. so far, so good!

However, I pray that I am not the only one to see that: when Joe Biden, my wonderful, thoughtful, loving president tells us that America is at an inflection point, he understands that once in every other generation, someone comes along challenging the prevailing systems, with all of their authorities. Donald John Trump is the one for our generation.

It is nearly always fun to be the biggest one in the yard, when the game you're playing is better supported by your size. But when the game changes to a game that is much more inclusive, sometimes you are just too big for the game. I guess my question is, are you man enough to sit this one out? I mean by all implications, either you are going to sit this one out, or you are going to sit this one out! I mean..."I'm Just Sayin"'
