Farmer Bev of Springs Farm in Weatherford retired and moved to Mississippi last year. (She now sells seeds as Texas Tested Seeds & Plants) Her farm equipment is NOW going to auction this weekend. Congratulations!! to Susie Marshall, and to all of TOFGA Region 4, as she takes the reins of the region as director and this page. Susie has worn many hats serving TOFGA's members. I'm sure she'll do wonders up here in Region 4 to bring enrollment back up and rally the troop of farmers and growers.

It's been my pleasure to serve in the past and hold down the fort here on the page so to speak until a new director was named.

USDA NRCS offers technical, financial assistance in response to Texas winter storm damage

Temple, Texas, March 2, 2021 — In response to the winter storms that hit Texas in February 2021, the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) is offering farmers and ranchers technical and financial assistance to repair and replace certain damaged conservation practices.
