Stand N The Gap is a nonprofit organization that has one purpose and that is to fill in gaps in our society by creating partnerships between community, public, and private entities. We all have a responsibility to each other no matter how large or small it may be and we wanted to create an organization that doesn't choose one side or the other. An organization that remains objective and focuses on solutions that promote freedom, justice, and equality for all. We support and promote agendas that advocate for the good of all of man kind including combating poverty, fighting injustice, and reducing violence in our communities. We recognize a community divided is vulnerable to failure on all fronts. So, we Stand N The Gap as an objective party to help build bridges where there are gaps and to bring sensible resolutions where there is discord.

Stand n The Gap will be changing its name in the coming months. It has come to our attention that there is an organization that was established using a similar name, but they support an agenda that is not in line with our values and beliefs of what society should foster and perpetuate. Will make another announcement when the details have been decide on by our team. Until then live with an open heart and inclusive mind!

Asking A Favor of all my FB family and friends...

My cousin Leroy Kelson is running for City Council in Riviera Beach, FL and can use your support whether you live local or have no idea where this tiny Jewel on the coast of Florida is located.

Leroy has been an instrumental change maker in the city of Riviera Beach for many years. From his Literacy non profit to his other initiatives in the community Leroy is a young man that has turned his activism into leadership and is looking to make a difference as a member of the local city council.

I am asking that you all make a donation large or small to his campaign. One of the things void in most of our cities are young African American Men who have a passion for transforming the community they live at all levels.

Let's make sure that we support this young man in his efforts to be the catalyst to change in his community.
